DMSU - 241 Vascular Technology 5 DMSU - 241 Vascular Technology 5 This course focuses on the principles of the vascular physical examination, proper lectures and interactive learning activities related to carotid and peripheral vascular, arterial, and venous Doppler, as well as vascular physical principles and instrumentation. Anatomy, hemodynamics, patient history, clinical indications, non-invasive techniques, interpretation, and pathophysiology will be discussed. The students will have the opportunity to reinforce learning through hands-on activities as well as scanning in the lab component of this class. Pre-requisite(s): Admission into the program AND DMSU 200 (C or better), DMSU 220 (C or better), DMSU 221 (C or better), and DMSU 230 Co-Requisite(s): DMSU 210 and DMSU 222
