FINC - 201 Personal Finance 3 FINC - 201 Personal Finance 3 This course examines the financial problems encountered by the individual in the management of his/her own affairs. Areas covered include budgeting, consumer borrowing, real estate, investments, insurance, taxes, and estate and retirement planning. Pre-requisite(s): BUSN 112 (C or better), MATH 113 (C or better), ACT Math of 19+, Next Gen Accuplacer QAS of 263+, or SAT Math of 510+ AND Eligible for ENGL 101
