PRLS - 209 Criminal Law 3 PRLS - 209 Criminal Law 3 This course studies criminal law and procedure. Topics to be covered include searches and seizures, arraignment, trial, and sentencing, the habeas corpus petition process, and information concerning various types of misdemeanors and felonies. Students will be taught to think critically about these topics and may be asked to draft different documents needed in the criminal litigation process. Pre-requisite(s): Eligible for ENGL 101
