CRJ 113 — Criminal Law
The primary focus is on substantive law. General legal principles applicable throughout the majority of the states are covered as well as the substantive law of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. The nature and development of criminal law and legal systems, jurisdiction, the criminal act, the criminal state of mind and matters affecting responsibility are studied.
