ENG-W CS02 — Cuny Start English
This course provides a supportive, peer-learning environment to enable students to learn and use the building blocks of good writing, including critical analysis, organization, development, and mechanics. Students use teacher-provided written models to understand and achieve college-level expectations for written work. In addition to analyzing models, students will spend intensive in-class and out-of class time writing and revising 1-2 full essays per week. This course takes an integrated approach to reading and writing; therefore the course must be taken concurrently with CS02.
