HSC 11 — Case Mgmt/Specialzd Population

This course addresses the complex situations facing specialized practice populations served in the human services through the application of the foundational knowledge and skill base of case management practices. The objective is to facilitate and ensure the effective delivery of service by improving student ability to understand the fit between client capacity and demands of the environment. This includes a focus on family dynamics, child/adolescent development, and work with other at-risk and specialized populations served in the human services.
