NUR 43 — Mental Health Nursing
This course focuses on the mental health of adults in the community and in the inpatient setting. The student will provide nursing care, utilizing the nursing process, to a variety of clients who have mental illness and various mental health needs. Emphasis will be upon the promotion , restoration and maintenance of mental health of individual and groups of clients as they prepare to return to the community.
