FITN157 — T'ai Chi
The student will learn a simple set of T'ai Chi forms and get an understanding of the fundamentals of T'ai Chi, an ancient Chinese health exercise and martial art. The student will understand why T'ai Chi is a good health exercise for people of all ages, including young adults and children. The course's focus is on T'ai Chi as a health exercise, and the student will have opportunity to practice and demonstrate various T'ai Chi forms. No previous knowledge of T'ai Chi is required.
