IART141 — Furniture, Wood Obj, Gild Cons
Students will work on wooden pieces (antique furniture, wooden objects, and gold-gilded works of art and frames) by using various methods of wood conservation appropriate for each individual subject found in the lab. Accurate lab records will be taken and actual hands-on practive with the guidance of an experienced professor will allow the students to receive a realistic idea of the manoeuvres and methods found in a genuine professional working studio environment.
