IDGM103 — Visual Cultures
This 30 credits module introduces students to ways in which tey can think about, and thus critically examine the visual and visualization. Engaging with a variety of theoretical approaches, students will be offered opportunities to actively engage with visual technologies and experiences. Students will be encouraged to apply and prolematise critical approaches through reflection upon their experiences. The practical application of theoretical appraches will encourage students to explore the relationships between critical thinking and creative production.
