IEDU101 — Childhood Education & Society
This module will use theortical perspectives to critically examine the social construction of 'childhood' and the regulatory role played by schools. Students will be encouraged to reflect on personal experiences, previous learning and will be expected to raise questions, critique theoretical arguments and develop own analysis.
