This course is a combination of lecture and professional tasting and wine and food pairing to Students will learn vineyard and winemaking techniques utilized to achieve certain styles of wine. Students will learn how the structure of wine and food complete a pairing. Course includes Field Studies to restaurants, wineries, guest chefs. Extra fee required.
