ILIT150 — Texts and Contexts
This English Literature foundation course is taken by all students studying English Literature. Students study a range of texts from the sixteenth to the twentieth century, including Shakespeare, Romantic poetry and Victorian novels. They are also introduced to an array of critical approaches to literature, which are applied to the selected texts. The weighting for each assignment increases as the module progresses.
