IPHI206 — Philosophy of Language
This course addresses the question: language important to philosophy? By the end of the course the student should have depth knowledge of the principle developments in contemporary british- american philosophy of language. During the course one of the following will be discussed in detail: Ayer; the Vienna Circle; Frege; Quine; Wittgenstei n. Primary sources will be specificed during the course.
