ISOC150 — Children's Grwth & Devel-Soci
The module begins to give students a basis for understanding the development continuum in the growth and dvelopment of young children. It is intended that student will be introduced to aspect of the physical, social and emotional development of young children and how this is affected by the social and cultural context in which they live. It is intended that student will become aware of the inter-relationship between all aspects of the young child's development. Students will begin to consider what children's basic needs are and the ways in which societies and cultures supplement the essential with the desirable.
