MDLT265 — Hemostasis
This course covers normal hemostasis and coagulation, hemorrhagic coagulation disorders, thrombosis evaluation and testing, and qualitative diseases of platelets and vasculature. In the clinical laboratory, the student will perform tests for the laboratory evaluation of hemostasis and monitoring anticoagulant therapy, coagulation instrumentation and manual testing methods.
