Pre-Technical Education
This program is designed for career and technical education alternate route teachers in the Career and Technical Education Teacher Preparation Program (CTETPP) seeking to earn college credit for the CTETPP curriculum and apply the credit toward completion of an Associate's degree. CTETPP curriculum prepares individuals for continuous employment as teachers in New Jersey's career and technical education programs. CTETPP students with prior technical work experience and apprenticeship may be granted up to 13 college credits from training programs approved by the American Council on Education, or other agencies that convert training to college credit and apply those credits toward this degree.
