ECE 190 - Infants, Toddlers and Families ECE 190 - Infants, Toddlers and Families This course is on the developmental milestones of children under three years old. Students will learn how to plan individualized activities and preparing quality environments. Appropriate practices in child care centers and family day care homes will be examined with an emphasis on producing positive partnerships between families and early childhood educators to ensure that infants and toddlers receive high-caliber, consistent care-giving and education.
