Assign Complication/Comorbidity (CCs), Major Complication/Comorbidity (MCCs), Hospital Acquired Condition (HACs), and Present on Admission (POA) indicators following official guidelines. Validate code selections using encoder software and Computer-Assisted Coding (CAC) tools. Evaluate discrepancies between manual coding and technology-assisted coding. Conduct audit reviews to detect any performance issues and recommend corrective actions.
