SPK 110 - Effective Speaking SPK 110 - Effective Speaking Principles and practices of public speaking. Students will present extemporaneous and prepared speeches, including informative and persuasive speeches. They will research, write, revise and deliver coherent college-level speeches, developing and supporting arguments with credible, reliable sources. They will use visual aids and vocal variety effectively. They will give constructive feedback on the effectiveness of speeches.
