This course teaches students the concepts and practical application of JavaScript programming language as a WEB authoring tool. Students learn to program WEB pages to perform such tasks as forms and form validation, image swapping, auto-scrolling text, browser detection and control and time and date extraction and conversion. The course explores designing and developing JavaScript functions using iteration loops, conditional statements, switch statements, parameter passing, location redirection, in-line JavaScript and remote access JavaScript utilization.
