CRJ-107 — Introduction to Corrections
This course provides a historical and philosophical survey of the correctional system. It provides an understanding of corrections as an essential component in the criminal justice system, focusing on punishment, sentencing, probation, community corrections, jails and detention facilities, institutional corrections, inmates, parole, and reentry.
