CRJ-214 — Negotiation, Mediation, and Conflict Resolution
This course will focus on understanding the skills needed to negotiate, mediate, and resolve conflict in the criminal justice system. These techniques will be learned theoretically from case studies, and practiced so that students can improve these skills to be able to negotiate, mediate, and communicate better to resolve disputes.
