FLM-110 — Sound and Picture: The Languages of Cinema

Students will develop an understanding of traditional filmmaking practices by studying the concept of “the shot” as the basic building block of moviemaking. After learning to define and frame effective shots, they will study techniques for filming and editing a conversation.
