HRT-109 — Hospitality Sales and Marketing
This course covers basic marketing theory and product design within the hospitality industry. Concepts such as marketplace analysis, demographic analysis, planning and assessment are discussed. Additionally, personal sales techniques and an understanding of consumer needs in the marketplace are explored. At the conclusion of the course, students will test for the American Hotel and Lodging Educational Institute certification in Hospitality Sales and Marketing. Ed. Course No Mass Transfer Course No
