MAT-291 — Linear Algebra
This course will include linear systems of equations, matrix operations, determinants, linear dependency, vector spaces, linear transformations, eigenvalues and eigenvectors. Proofs by mathematical induction and contradiction will be incorporated. Emphasis will be placed on mathematical structure and axiomatic reasoning aided by the use of computer software. Gen. Ed.
