FS229 — Fire Officer 2
This course will enable the student to complete the requirements for Fire Officer 2, in accordance with NFPA 1021 (Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications). The student will apply coursework knowledge comprised of developing policy and procedures, constructing budgets, and analyzing various scenarios to complete certification testing in Fire Officer 2. The student will be able to receive credit toward the Fire Service Leadership Certificate, upon completion of the course with a grade of C or better, even if certification testing is not pursued.
