MA220 — Statistics for Management, Life and Social Sciences (O)

This course will enable the student to collect data by appropriate sampling techniques, summarize data with graphs and tables, calculate descriptive statistics, identify misuses of statistics, perform linear regression, and estimate and make decisions about means and proportions through the use of confidence intervals, hypothesis testing, and ANOVA. The student will learn to use the graphing calculator and computer software as effective tools for statistics. Note(s) O - This course is online.
