PA250 — Plated Desserts
This course will enable the student to develop a working knowledge of various types of à la minute desserts. The student will plan, execute, and present pre-desserts, entremets, breakfast desserts, and other à la minute desserts. The student will identify, demonstrate, and present specialized diet desserts. The student will demonstrate advanced techniques while preparing à la minute desserts. The student will demonstrate and practice proper food handling.
Prerequisites: PA201
