ADED 508 - Facilitating the Transformational Experience ADED 508 - Facilitating the Transformational Experience Total Hours: 50 Restricted to students in Adventure Education Facilitation knowledge and skills are central to creating and leading successful learning experiences. Students are challenged to practice and assess their capacity to lead others in experiential learning activities. The course includes an examination of learning and change theories and the dimensions of transformational learning (psychological, emotional and behavioural) as they relate to adventure program design, facilitation styles and practices.
