ECON 210 - Money and Banking ECON 210 - Money and Banking Total Hours: 45 Students will be introduced to financial markets and institutions in theory and practice. Through lectures and in-class discussion forums, students will learn the economic role of money, development, organization, and regulation of the Canadian financial system. Case studies and practical applications will teach students the role of central banking, the conduct of monetary policy and financial assets, and exchange rates. Prerequisites All of: C in ECON 103 C in ECON 104
