Interpersonal communication, creative problem solving, and collaboration are among the skills learners will practice and apply. The course provides learners with hands on opportunities to use the tools and strategies needed to strengthen interpersonal and professional relationships. Learners will apply these strategies to enter, stay in, and progress in the diverse and changing world of education and work.
