IMHA 538 - Recovery-Oriented Interventions IMHA 538 - Recovery-Oriented Interventions Total Hours: 45 Restricted to students in Interprofessional Mental Health and Addictions Students apply trauma-informed and culturally-informed counselling approaches to support psychosocial recovery from mental health and substance use challenges. Students will acquire skills in evidence-informed recovery-oriented practices, including cognitive behavioural therapy, dialectical behavioural therapy skill training, and relapse management. Students will also explore diverse cultural perspectives and discuss recognizing culture as medicine when looking at how to make appropriate referrals. Prerequisites All of: B- in IMHA 522
