KIN 210 - Exercise Physiology KIN 210 - Exercise Physiology Total Hours: 75 Students will study the physiological adjustments and adaptations to exercise with emphasis on the functional capacity of the cardiopulmonary, neuromuscular, skeletal and hormonal systems. Students will also examine anaerobic and aerobic metabolism in skeletal muscle, energy expenditure during exercise, fatigue and recovery and environmental issues affecting exercise performance.
