MARK 365 - Consumer Behaviour MARK 365 - Consumer Behaviour Total Hours: 60 Students will examine the individual, social, cultural and psychological factors that influence consumer behaviour. Students will create consumer profiles to assist in the selection of marketing strategies and tactics. Segmentation strategies, product positioning and advertising appeals are illustrated using case studies.
