MATH 021 - Fundamental Mathematics 1 MATH 021 - Fundamental Mathematics 1 Total Hours: 90 Students will build a foundation of basic mathematics skills, concepts, vocabulary, and problem-solving strategies to prepare them to meet personal, career, or academic goals. Students will practice processes related to topics such as place value, rounding, currency, time, and addition and subtraction of 2-digit numbers. Throughout the course, students will develop math fact fluency and estimation skills to increase their confidence and competence in mathematics. Prerequisites One of: COM in ENGL 023 COM in ELD 052 and ELD 054 Assessment
