PHYS 157 - Physics for Electronics PHYS 157 - Physics for Electronics Total Hours: 75 This course provides an introductory survey to topics of particular interest to electronics and computer engineering students. Students will first review vectors, kinematics, Newton’s Laws, work, energy and power. Students will then study torque and rotational motion, waves, light, thermal physics, static electricity and magnetism. Prerequisites One of: C in Physics 11 C in Physics 11 Camosun Alternative And one of: C+ in Pre-calculus 12 C+ in MATH 097 C in MATH 107 C in MATH 115
