SPMA 420 - Sport and Fitness Law SPMA 420 - Sport and Fitness Law Total Hours: 45 Students will explore sport and fitness related legal issues and concepts. Students will be introduced to key areas of law that affect the sport and fitness environment and will address many of the strategies and techniques that would the sport and fitness manager, and sport organization, avoid legal liability. Students will cover areas of negligence and liability, risk management, work relationships, violence, human rights and agency. Prerequisites All of: C in BUS 276 Equivalencies SFL 420
