Add to Personal Bookmarks Number of Ceramics 1 introduces materials, methodology, and basic concepts applicable to the sculptural ceramic medium, including the coil, slab, and wheel methods of clay construction, as well as firing and glazing techniques. This is a hands-on studio course intended for students who will be taking additional courses in studio art. (Fall, Spring) Two hours lecture each week. Two hours laboratory each week. Three Credits.
