CRIM109 — Corrections Law
Add to Personal Bookmarks Number of Review the rights of prisoners and the major cases pertaining to the rights of inmates. Explore use of force, visitation, freedom of association and religion, disciplinary due process, and the rights to rehabilitation, medical care, and legal services. Special attention will be paid to the criminal and civil liabilities attached to correctional officials. This course is open to Law Enforcement Academy students only.
