Add to Personal Bookmarks Number of Network Intrusion Detection and Penetration Testing, is designed to provide students with an understanding of the techniques, tools and processes used by hackers to penetrate and hack wired and wireless networks, and the countermeasures used to protect against these attacks. Students will learn about hacker tools such as malware and scripts, as well as the countermeasures taken by network administrators to stop these attacks. (Fall, Spring) Two hours lecture each week.
