Add to Personal Bookmarks Number of Digital Sculpting presents basic concepts and fundamentals of computer modeling, taking an artistic approach to the creation of 3D polygonal geometry. Students will focus on critical concepts of proportion, form, and translation of 2D designs to 3D figures. Various tools and techniques will be discussed, allowing for the creation of custom workflows and methodologies. No prior experience with 3D animation, modeling, or industry professional software is required. (Fall) Two hours lecture each week. Two hours laboratory each week. Three Credits.
