It focuses upon the major political, diplomatic, economic, and social developments, paying particular attention to changes in the role of government, racial and cultural relations, and to the nation’s place and responsibilities in a more interconnected world. Credit by exam available; Advanced Placement Exam (American History with a score of 3) and CLEP (History of the U.S. 2: 1865 to the Present with a score of 50) accepted.
