Examine human diversity including race, ethnicity, culture, social class, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, religion, and ability, and its importance in the practice of social work. 5. Analyze the impact of social inequality at the individual and systemic levels. 6. Recognize the importance of self-awareness and self-examination of one’s own social position, beliefs, and values for the practice of social work. 7. Develop experience with social service agencies and delivery systems.
