HLTK 1865 - Equine Assisted Therapy Practicum HLTK 1865 - Equine Assisted Therapy Practicum (6LB) This course is designed to provide hands-on experience with various aspects of equine assisted therapy. Students will participate in activities to incorporate concepts of general equine care and handling, utilizing riding and equine management from a therapeutic perspective and addressing mental health and physical disability through equine assisted therapy.
