HLTK 1875 - Gerontology Practicum HLTK 1875 - Gerontology Practicum (6LB) This course is designed to provide a general overview of the effects of aging, and the common diagnoses and conditions seen in geriatric clients. The course practicum will focus on educating the students about the importance of health, wellness, and safety of the geriatric population. Students will participate with community partners to immerse themselves in the needs of an aging population.
