KIN 2135 - Personal Trainer Education KIN 2135 - Personal Trainer Education (3L) This course introduces students to exercise science principles, client assessment, and exercise program design. Students learn how to utilize multiple tools, skills, and knowledge to assess clients’ health and fitness. Students will further learn how to design and implement programs to improve muscular strength, cardiovascular endurance, body composition, and other health related components of fitness.
