Positive psychology explores mental health as building on the best in life by seeking to fulfill the lives of healthy individuals. Course content includes research in the areas of happiness/well-being, optimism, creativity, resilience, meaning, and gratitude, as well as practical application of these and other strength-based psychological concepts.
