Investigates the methods and procedures used to analyze and diagnose problems with ice machines, reach-in coolers and freezers, and walk-in coolers and freezers. Emphasis is placed on light commercial type equipment . Students practice diagnostics through simulation and hands-on practice. Course once a year (fall or spring).
