Examines the surface anatomy and underlying anatomical structures of the oral cavity and of the head and neck, concentrating on the function and relationship of muscles, nerves, blood supply, lymphatic drainage, cranial and face bones (with emphasis on the maxilla and mandible) and their anatomical and functional relationship to the teeth.
